Steve is an independent consultant, a degree qualified Chartered Surveyor and an Accredited NEC Professional. 


Steve is available to act as a Contracts Specialist, NEC Project Manager, Commercial Lead, Procurement Lead or Contractual Claims Consultant by end-Clients, Consultant and Contractor organisations operating in the public and private UK and overseas engineering and construction sectors.


Steve is an expert in advising and resolving multi-interface project contractual issues, providing effective contract procurement and commercial management strategies, preparing robust contractual claims and dispute resolution advice, in both standard and bespoke contract forms (and with a particular specialisation in the effective use and administration of the NEC suite of engineering & construction contracts).
